The Last Will & Testament of Roger Nelson
Proved and Recorded November 26th 1832
I Roger Nelson of the town of Bern and County of Albany do in this my last Will and testament bequeath all my Real Estate to my widow during her natural life after which I bequeath the one half of my real estate to each of my sons their heirs and assigns forever Viz the south half to Mephibosheth and the north half to Carpenter equally divided between them and Mephibosheth must pay each of his sisters One hundred dollars each and each of his deceased sisters Children Five dollars each and Carpenter must pay each of his sisters fifty dollars each and each of his deceased sisters Children two dollars and fifty (cents) each and each of the Children must share equally in the personal property given under my hand this tenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and (thir)ty two
