I, Louisa V. Wright, of the town of Berne, county of Albany, and State of
New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, ordain, publish and declare
this to be my last WILL and TESTAMENT, that is to say:
First:- After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, I give, devise and
bequeath to my husband, Rollo Wright, the use and income of all my property
both real and personal, of every kind, name and nature and wheresoever situate,
for and during the term of his natural life, with the power to sell and convey
said personal and real property and to use the proceeds thereof for his support
and maintainance or as much thereof as may be necessary for his support and
maintainance.
Second:- I authorize and direct my executor hereinafter named to carry out the
written terms of the contract to convey real estate, made and executed October
8, 1912, by me and Joseph Tiskcavitch and Stephen Tiskcavitch on their compliance
with the terms of said written contract, and for said purpose I give my said
executor full power to execute and deliver the deed or deeds called for by said
contract as fully as I might or could do if living, and the proceeds of said
sale to be part of the devise and bequest to my said husband.
Third:- At the death of my said husband if any of my real and personal property
or either are left I give, devise and bequeath the same to my children, Elvin
Wright, and Lottie Sisson to be divided between them equally, share and share
alike.
Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my said husband, Rollo Wright, to be
executor of this, my last WILL and TESTAMENT, hereby revoking all former WILLS
by me made.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,
the 15 day of January in the year one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.

The above instrument, consisting one sheet, was, at the date thereof, subscribed by Louisa V. Wright in the presence of us and each of us: she at the time of making such subscription, acknowledged that she made the same, and declared the said instrument so subscribed by her to be her last WILL and TESTAMENT. Whereupon we then and there, at her request, and in her presence and the presence of each other, subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
