New Items and Updates

Woodlawn Cemetery has been completed!

One of the larger cemeteries is now complete. During Berne Heritage Days 2005 the webmasters photographed all the headstones in Woodlawn and Joan has spend the past several months transcribing the photos and entering the information into the Berne Historical Project database.

The current day Town of Berne is located southwest of Albany, New York in the western section of Albany County. Originally settled in the 1750's, many descendants of the original founding families still live here.
