| James Winne Mesic was born on 28 Aug. 1830 and was baptised on 1 Jan. 1831 at the Second Reformed Dutch Church by Rev.A. Fort. The ceremony was witnessed by the father, Jacob Mesic and mother, Maria Winne. The original baptism records are located at Second Reformed Dutch Church on page 14.
