| Mary Ann Mattice was born on 9 June 1830 and was baptised on 8 Mar. (no yr.) at the Second Reformed Dutch Church by Rev.A. Fort. The ceremony was witnessed by the father, Henry Mattice and mother, Margaret Wormer. The original baptism records are located at Second Reformed Dutch Church on page 14.
