| Jane Ann Wormer was born on 22 May 1827 and was baptised on 1827 at the Second Reformed Dutch Church by Rev.A. Fort. The ceremony was witnessed by the father, Chas. Wormer and mother, Mary Luke. The original baptism records are located at Second Reformed Dutch Church on page 12.
