| Magdalene Luke was born on 13 May 1827 and was baptised on 1827 at the Second Reformed Dutch Church by Rev.A. Fort. The ceremony was witnessed by the father, John Luke and mother, Charity Reamer. The original baptism records are located at Second Reformed Dutch Church on page 12.
